Abby’s love for fitness began in high school, where she explored different types of exercise. She switched her major to Exercise Science in college and started working as a group fitness instructor. This experience solidified her passion for fitness, leading her to become deeply involved in the industry. Abby discovered CrossFit in 2016 and has been an active member ever since, transitioning her skills and enthusiasm into coaching.

She transitioned to strength training in college, inspired by her fiancé Michael. Abby is dedicated to continuously improving and challenging herself in CrossFit and other fitness pursuits.

Abby’s annual goal is to improve her placement in the CrossFit Open and Quarterfinals. She also aims to run another marathon and improve her time.

Abby has competed in the Fresh Coast intermediate division, placing third and second in successive years. She has also completed a marathon and has her PR cross country time displayed at her high school.

Family and Personal Life:

Abby is about to get married and has two dogs, Otto and Lola. She has been with her fiancé Michael since high school, and he joined CrossFit alongside her. Her mother recently started CrossFit as well, making fitness a family affair.
