At 3rd Monkey Functional Fitness (3MKY), we are committed to providing a transparent and reliable experience for our customers. This fulfillment policy outlines our approach to services, registration, refunds, and cancellations.
Service Fulfillment
All products and services (including gym memberships, event registrations, apparel, and merchandise) are fulfilled through our website or at our physical location at 3rd Monkey Functional Fitness, Spring Lake, Michigan.
- Digital services (event registration, class booking) are fulfilled immediately upon confirmation.
- Physical items (apparel, gear) are shipped within 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.
- In-person services (training sessions, gym access) begin as scheduled and may require a waiver or booking.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Event Registrations: All event registrations are final. If an event is canceled by 3MKY, a full refund or credit will be issued.
- Merchandise: Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase if the item is unused and in original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Memberships: Monthly memberships can be canceled at any time with 7 days’ notice. No partial month refunds will be issued once billing occurs.
